8. Respect Intellectual Property and Original Work
Hostwife Hub encourages creativity and innovation.
Members should submit their own work when participating in projects, competitions, exhibitions, talent-development activities, or the Virtual Gallery.

9. Age, Parent and Guardian Participation
Hostwife Hub may provide programs for children, teenagers, and young adults. Appropriate age requirements may therefore apply to individual programs.

Where a participant is under 18, Hostwife Hub may require verified consent or participation of a parent or legal guardian in accordance with its safeguarding procedures.
Providing false information in order to bypass an age requirement or safeguarding measure may result in the application being declined or membership being reviewed.
10. Media, Photography and Creative Work
Hostwife Hub may document programs, workshops, events, exhibitions, projects, and community activities through photographs, video, written stories, or other forms of media.
Any use of identifiable images or personal information will be subject to Hostwife Hub's applicable consent, privacy, and safeguarding procedures.
